How to obtain BOA warranty replacement laces

 The laces BOA laces on your Simms boots are replaceable.

For best perfomance, Since the BOA system uses a mechanical construction it does require maintenance over time. Cleaning out the dial on occasion may help extend the life of your lacing system; you should have received a tool to do so with the product.

1.)    Fill in all of your personal information and click continue.

2.)    Next, you will neet to know what knob system your boots have and cable length. There are 3 possibilities;

a.       M2-(this knob is newer and has 3 openings on the face of the knob, as well as a note on the tongue of the boot about the M-2 Reel) (newer Rivertek boa boots) *The cable length should be indicated on the tougne of the boot*

b.      M3-(this knob has a solid face, and there is no note on the tongue of the boot mentioning any reel). (older Rivertek boa boots)

c.       M-1 for Single cable G4 boa boots (all G4 boot sizes are compatible with 100cm cable)

3.) Scroll down the left  side of the screen till you find the M type system for your boot type and click to select.

4.) Then select “single lace pack” pre-cut non-coated …(this is the last option once you select lace) and

5.) Select a dial.

        *You can order multiples so you can have back ups*

6.) It will show a charge until you get to the very end where it will update the cost to $0 and ship for free.
